Service Changes from 30th August 2026
From Sunday 30th August, we will be making improvements to the X9 service, introducing an enhanced frequency between Witney and Chipping Norton. At the same time, revised timetables will be introduced on a number of services in the Witney and Vale of White Horse areas to improve reliability and overall punctuality.

Service 19 | Witney – Standlake – Bampton – Carterton
From 30th August, operation of Service 19 will transfer from Pulhams to Thames Travel. A revised timetable will be introduced to improve punctuality.
Service X9 | Witney – Charlbury – Chipping Norton
In partnership with Oxfordshire County Council, we are introducing an improved timetable, with buses operating hourly, seven days a week between Witney and Chipping Norton. Operation of the service will transfer from Pulhams to Thames Travel.
Service 64 | Witney – Carterton – Lechlade – Highworth – Swindon
Revised timetable to improve punctuality. Operation of the service will transfer from Pulhams to Thames Travel.
Service 67 | Wantage – Stanford-in-the-Vale – Faringdon
Revised timetable to improve punctuality. Operation of the service will transfer from Pulhams to Thames Travel.
Service 68 | Wantage – Letcombe Regis – Childrey – Uffington – Faringdon
Revised timetable to improve punctuality. To simplify the route, and allow the use of higher capacity vehicles, buses will no longer serve Sarajac Avenue in East Challow. All journeys will instead operate via Ickleton Road between Wantage and Letcombe Regis. From the same date, operation of the service will transfer from Pulhams to Thames Travel.
Service 802 | Bourton on-the Water – Great Rissington – Upper Rissington – Little Rissington
Revised timetable to improve reliability. The 1602 service from Pulhams Bus Depot will now commence from The Cotswold Academy at 1551 to improve connections for students in The Rissingtons.
Service 855 | Bourton-on-the-Water – Northleach – Bibury – Cirencester
Revised timetable to improve punctuality, with faster journeys between Bourton and Cirencester.
