Connecting Cheltenham General Hospital and Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

As well as connecting both Cheltenham & Gloucestershire Hospitals, the 99 service serves Gloucester City Centre, Arle Court Park & Ride, as well as stops in Cheltenham Town Centre, with services up to every 30 minutes.

Arle Court Park & Ride

Arle Court Park & Ride charges for parking unless you are using one of the bus services from there.

NHS Staff who park at the Park & Ride and use the 99 bus service will continue to pay £1 for a return journey with their staff ID badge. Staff should register their car on the machine in the car park and use the reusable QR code issued to register this on the bus after they have boarded.

Fares

Travel on the 99 service is free for NHS Staff employed by Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (GHNHSFT) and Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) with a valid ID card. (excluding Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, Arle Court Park & Ride and Cheltenham Road, Longlevens, where a fee of £1 is applicable*).

*Fares are applicable for all other passengers, including concessionary pass holders from Arle Court Park & Ride to Cheltenham & Gloucestershire Hospitals. Please ask your driver to confirm.
