Home to School Transport
We specialise in providing Home to School Transport carrying over 3,000 students every day, to primary and secondary schools, across four counties.
Home to School transport requires a separate application from your school application. You should make enquiries for school transport as soon as you know which school your child is likely to attend. Where you apply for school transport will depend on your entitlement to Local Authority provided school transport:
For entitled students (those who qualify for transport to your chosen school) – apply via the authority in which you live.
For non-entitled students (those who do not qualify for transport to your chosen school) – apply for a space on a Pulhams commercial school route.
Applications can be made at any time during the school year. We offer a waiting list for busy routes. You will not be able to travel on school buses unless you have applied formally, made the required payments and received a valid QR code or bus pass.
Important information about Rebound Coaches services from Carterton
We are aware that Rebound Coaches will not be operating its Carterton service from the new academic year and so we will be adding some additional pickup points on service BF06 as follows:
- Carterton, Corbett Road
- Carterton, Aldi
- Carterton, Iron Bridge
- Carterton, Brizewood
- Carterton, Shillbrook Avenue
We will also be increasing our capacity in order to carry the additional pupils expected. New timetables will be published prior to the start of the academic year.

What happens if I choose to pay in instalments?
When you pay the first instalment of your ticket it will only be valid until February half term. All future instalments must be paid in order to achieve ticket validity for the remainder of the year. Please take note of the Home to School Transport Terms & Conditions which clearly state that payment must be received for the academic year in full regardless of whether transport is used.
Do you offer discount?
We do not offer any discounts. The cost given on your ticket is a fixed price.
What should I do if my child no longer requires transport during the school year?
The Home to School Transport Terms & Conditions you agree to when applying for school transport state that the parent or guardian is responsible for the full years fee even if travel ceases within the academic year.
