Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where no two days are the same?

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Supervisor.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily run-in and run-out operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor services, manage delays, and address road closures.
  • Conduct audits, including First Use Checks and Gate Checks.
  • Investigate complaints and identify solutions promptly.
  • Support, coach, and advise drivers daily.
  • Efficiently allocate driving duties and vehicles while adhering to regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, duties, and compliance logs.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on breakdowns, RTCs, and vehicle issues.
  • Use tracking systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide on-call coverage and social media updates outside of regular hours.
  • Step in to drive if required.

What You’ll Need:

  • PCV licence
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability
  • Own transport if you live outside walking distance or bus routes
