We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Supervisor.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily run-in and run-out operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Monitor services, manage delays, and address road closures.
- Conduct audits, including First Use Checks and Gate Checks.
- Investigate complaints and identify solutions promptly.
- Support, coach, and advise drivers daily.
- Efficiently allocate driving duties and vehicles while adhering to regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, duties, and compliance logs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on breakdowns, RTCs, and vehicle issues.
- Use tracking systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide on-call coverage and social media updates outside of regular hours.
- Step in to drive if required.

What You’ll Need:
- PCV licence
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability
- Own transport if you live outside walking distance or bus routes
