Fair and consistent pay
We have two different options of work for our home-to-school drivers: £48.50 per school for casual drivers, or £392.66 per week for consistent AM & PM term-time school runs. A simple, straightforward pay structure that rewards experience without complication.
Local, low‑stress routes
Our home‑to‑school work is predominantly local to GL54 and GL50, but can go further into the Cotswolds with:
- Familiar roads
- Regular pupils
- Repeating daily routes
- A calm, respectful atmosphere
This is driving without the stress of city routes, heavy traffic, or long shifts.
Respect for experience
Many of our school drivers are semi‑retired or stepping away from full‑time coach/bus work. We value that experience and offer a supportive, respectful environment that feels nothing like agency cover.
