New increased driver pay rates at Pulhams from 1st April 2026
At Pulhams, our drivers are the heartbeat of our service and we are pleased to announce a new pay structure taking effect from 1st April 2026 across all our depots.
New driver pay rates
The following rates will apply to all driver roles starting next month:

£15.80 p/h |
| Saturdays |
£17.00 p/h |
| Sundays |
£18.50 p/h |
| School Duties (AM or PM) |
£100.00 per day |
| College Duties (AM & PM) |
£115.00 per day |
