As part of our commitment to providing accessible transport for all, here at Pulhams we offer a ‘Helping Hand’, a card that is free of charge to all of our passengers.
We offer 12 different variants of the cards, which cover a wide range of disabilities or accessibility requirements, such as visual impairment and deafness, or an instruction to the driver to lower the ramp or call out your stop. The card provides a simple, easy way to communicate your needs with our drivers.
The scheme is now being used off the bus as well, with taxis, shops and leisure establishments getting involved.
